ABOUT ADT

In-house drone systems for multiple applications

Appia Drone Tech designs drone solutions for agricultural and specialised operations. Each system is shaped by its intended use, from platform design and equipment to the technical support required for operation.

Appia Drone Tech SRL Developing drone systems in Târgu Mureș since 2022

Romanian engineering and service support for ADT projects.

At ADT, the flight platform, mission-specific equipment and operational support are developed as one integrated system.

WHO WE ARE

From agricultural drones to new applications

ADT's story began with the development of agricultural spraying drones. The experience gained with the Aquila and Falcon models now provides the foundation for new designs and applications.

Alongside advanced agricultural drones, we are currently working on the VOLTOUR platform, a surface-cleaning drone and a rescue-support solution. In every project, the direction is defined by operational requirements, technical reliability and the intended application.

OUR HISTORY

The evolution of ADT agricultural drones

ADT's agricultural development line extends from the first Aquila spraying drones to the current ADT F 50P. At every stage, the objective remained the same: greater capacity, more stable operation and more efficient agricultural application.

2019
First model

ADT Aquila S 20L

The first ADT spraying drone featured an 8-arm configuration and two 10-litre tanks. This model established the technical foundation for later agricultural drone developments.

Greater capacity

ADT Aquila S 30L

The next stage introduced a 30-litre, 6-arm model with a single-tank design. The objective was to increase operating capacity while creating a simpler, more practical structure.

Falcon series

ADT Falcon 30L

The Falcon 30L introduced a more compact 4-arm configuration and a spraying system with centrifugal nozzles. Its 30-litre tank was combined with increased application capacity.

50-litre version

ADT Falcon 50L

The 50-litre Falcon version was introduced in the same year. Its larger tank capacity provided a stronger platform for more intensive agricultural spraying operations.

Advanced version

ADT F 50P

The ADT F 50P is the advanced version of the 50-litre Falcon platform. The current model is designed for professional spraying operations in agriculture, orchards and vineyards.

ADT VOLTOUR 2500

The ADT VOLTOUR 2500 is a multipurpose hybrid VTOL drone platform that combines the flexibility of vertical take-off and landing with the efficiency of fixed-wing flight. It is being designed for agricultural monitoring, livestock observation and land surveying. Its carbon-fibre and fibreglass structure can carry a payload of up to 3 kg; depending on payload, flight time can reach 3.5–4 hours, with a range of up to 50 km and a maximum speed of 100 km/h. The autonomous route-flight system supports large-area surveying with RGB and thermal cameras, a 3-axis gimbal and live video transmission.

Rescue drone

The rescue drone is intended to provide aerial support for rescue teams in difficult-to-access areas. The development focuses on rapid on-site response and delivering essential equipment to the required location.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

From development to operation

A drone system becomes an effective working tool when the platform, its settings, operator knowledge and technical support are designed to work together.

In-house development

We adapt the design to its intended application and refine it based on operational experience.

Commissioning

The drone is delivered with the required settings and technical support for initial operation.

Operator training

We explain system operation, essential checks and the safe operating workflow.

Service and spare parts

We support operation with maintenance, spare parts and service facilities in Romania.

OUR PROCESS

From requirements to an operational system

01

Requirements definition

We define the operating environment and the tasks the system needs to perform.

02

Design and integration

The drone and its mission-specific components are developed as one coordinated system.

03

Testing and refinement

We evaluate the system through operational testing and refine it based on the results.

04

Delivery and support

The completed solution is delivered with the required settings, followed by technical support during operation.

ADT F 50P

Technical support behind the finished model

Development of the ADT F 50P does not end at delivery: documented product support and technical assistance in Romania help ensure long-term operation.
